INCLUSION

Every individual should have the opportunity to unlock their potential.
Our interventions are designed to be inclusive at their core, enable social mobility, and enhance equality of opportunity.

PERSON-CENTRIC

Acting in the best interests of the individual to achieve societal and economic benefits.
Focused on positive impacts on the individual, we deliver interventions with a personalised approach, at-scale, protecting a young person’s privacy and data.

SOCIAL VALUE IMPACT

By doing the ‘right thing’, we play our part in achieving social change.
We deliver maximum impact and social value through leveraging collective effort, facilitating cross-sectoral collaboration, and adopting a volunteer-led approach.

COLLABORATION

By working together, we can overcome systemic problems.
We aim to collaborate with colleagues in education and skills, government, and businesses of all sizes from across NI to engage with every young person, giving everyone the opportunity to shine.

INNOVATION

Creating value from generating new ideas and driving positive change.
