4C UR Future LIVE
4C UR Future LIVE is fast-paced and action-packed careers inspiration event for Year 9 pupils.
The immersive experience is divided into Game Zones, with each game specially created in collaboration with local employers. The interactive sector-related skills games and work-based challenges are designed to draw out and identify each young person’s key strengths, which are aligned with future employability criteria and emerging in-demand skills trends.
After the event, each participant will receive an individual Positive Feedback Profile on their natural talents and attributes. This Profile will link to various resources available via our Careers Portal, which can be explored and used to help inform young people’s future subject, pathway, and career choices.
The information and resources we provide through the Portal are industry-led and up to date. We independently mobilise businesses and industry organisations, who know exactly what is happening in industry today, and what will happen tomorrow, to signpost to further sources of guidance and support relative to each young person’s needs and interests.
Want to take part?
To participate in 4C UR Future LIVE, schools must complete a two-step registration process for their Year 9 pupils. Schools must register their whole Year 9 group to attend. 4C UR Future LIVE in 2022 is an at-scale pilot, which means places are limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis*.
