To be the innovative, collaborative, and industry-led provider of choice for delivering engaging and enhanced careers support in Northern Ireland, which is independent and unbiased, inclusive by design, and person-centric.
To enable each young person to make informed decisions on the education and career routes that are best suited to their unique combination of attributes, talents, and learning styles.
Our core ethos is to involve, inform, and inspire young people, empowering them to make informed choices, and enabling them to foresee their own futures.
