4C UR Future LIVE

4C UR Future LIVE is a fast-paced and action-packed careers inspiration event for Year 9 pupils.
The immersive experience is divided into Game Zones, with each game specifically created in collaboration with local employers. The interactive work-based games and skills challenges are designed to draw out each young person’s strengths and attributes, aligned to future employability criteria and emerging in-demand skills.
Our Volunteer Training Day gives our volunteers the opportunity to try all of the games themselves, and to prepare for the buzz and excitement of facilitating 4C UR Future LIVE events for over 7,500 young people across the province.
Attendance at the Volunteer Training Day is part of our Volunteer Training Programme, for which all participants will receive a certificate.
Who can be a 4C UR Future volunteer?
Our volunteers are member company employees, students from Further and Higher Education, and others who support our work.
We have many roles for volunteers including Event Stewards, Press and Media Team Members, Game Facilitators, and ‘Career Heroes’.
