There are many ways to get involved with working at Almac as the company offers various pathways and schemes from primary school onwards. Post-primary pupils can take part in Almac’s STEM Pathway® Programme at W5, and avail of virtual and in-person work experience. Almac offers Higher Level Apprenticeships in Science, Computing, Mechatronic Engineering, and Business disciplines and an in-house Trainee Production Operator programme for those who have completed A-level/Level 3 qualifications. University students can undertake 12 month placements as part of their degree and many receive a conditional offer of employment to return to a permanent role after graduation.
