• Henderson Retail – owns and operates over 95 SPAR and EUROSPAR stores in NI.

• Henderson Group Property – focuses on petrol forecourts and neighbourhood retail schemes.
• Henderson Print – a commercial litho/digital colour and wide format print company.
• Henderson Technology – developed EDGEPoS software, one of the most powerful and easy to use retail management software systems.
